Abstract

Employee turnover is a real form of turnover intention which can be a serious problem for organization. High turnover rate can effect the continuity of organization, either of the continuity is a loss on organization performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job stress on turnover intention. This research was held at PT. Federal International Finance Branch of Tabanan. The population in this study were 67 regular employee at PT. Federal International Finance Branch of Tabanan. The amount of sample in the research is 67 of regular employee at PT. Federal International Finance Branch of Tabanan, using saturated sample method. The method of collecting data that used in this research are interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique that used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS 18.0 Software for Windows. The result of the research shows all of the hypotheses are accepted. Organizational commitment effect negatively and significant to turnover intention, while job stress effect positively and significant to turnover intention.
