Abstract. The Application of Circuit Learning Model In Improving Character and Learning Outcomes of Civic Education about The Freedom of Organization for fifth Grade Students of SDN 2 Prembun in Acedemic Year 2014/2015. The objectives of this research are to describe the steps of Circuit Learning Models, to describe the improving of character and Learning Outcomes of Civic Education about The Freedom of Organization for the fifth grade students, and to describe the problems and solutions. This research is collaboratif classroom action research. It was conducted in three cycles every cycles consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of this research were 23 studenst,10 males and 13 females. The results of this research showed that the application of Circuit Learning Models conducted through appropriate steps can improve character and learning outcomes of Civic Education about the freedom of organization for the fifth grade students. Penerapan Model Circuit Learning Dalam Peningkatan Karakter dan Hasil Belajar PKn Tentang Kebebasan Berorganisasi Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 2 Prembun Tahun 2014/2015q. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan model Circuit Learning, mendeskripsikan peningkatan karakter dan hasil belajar PKn tentang kebebasan berorganisasi pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Prembun, dan mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Prembun yang berjumlah 23 siswa terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 13 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Circuit Learning yang dilaksanakan sesuai langkah yang tepat dapat meningkatkan karakter dan hasil belajar PKn tentang kebebasan berorganisasi pada siswa kelas V SD.
