PENGEMBANGAN LEMARI PAKAIAN PLYWOOD SENO ART GALLERY DENGAN PENDEKATAN REKAYASA NILAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung penghematan biaya dari penerapan rekayasa nilai pada produk lemari pakaian plywood Seno Art Gallery. Harga jual lemari pakaian plywood Seno Art Gallery sebesar Rp 5.000.000,- dengan total biaya material sebesar Rp 2.926.500,-. Terdapat 2 alternatif yang diusulkan untuk mengurangi biaya yang digunakan yaitu substitusi material yang digunakan dan reduksi  part. Dari hasil analisis dengan metode zero one yang dilakukan, terpilih alternatif 1 yaitu substitusi material sebagai alternatif terbaik. Berdasarkan analisis alternatif 1 diperoleh total biaya material sebesar Rp 2.485.500,-, harga jual produk sebesar Rp 4.300.000,-. Terdapat penghematan biaya material yaitu sebesar Rp 441.000,-. Abstract DEVELOPMENT OF SENO ART GALLERY PLYWOOD WARDROBE USING VALUE ENGINEERING APPROACH. This study aims to calculate the saving cost from applying value engineering to the Seno Art Gallery plywood wardrobe product. The selling price of Seno Art Gallery's plywood wardrobe is Rp 5.000.000, - with total material cost is Rp 2,926,500,-. There are two proposed alternatives to reduce the cost, first is substitute main material  and eliminate some parts. The result of  zero one analysis is substitute the main material as the best alternative. Based on the analysis, fisrt alternative total material cost is  Rp 2.485.500,-,  and product selling price is Rp 4.300.000,-. There is a material saving cost approximately Rp 441.000,-.
