ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR ANTESENDEN CONSUMER-BRAND IDENTIFICATION UNTUK MEMBENTUK BRAND LOYALTY PADA KONSUMEN LAPTOP ACER DI SEMARANG

PT Pura Barutama adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi kertas dan berloakasi di Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Proses produksi selama 24 jam yang dijalankan PT Pura Barutama, membuat peran forklift untuk mengangkut gulungan kertas ke gudang menjadi ssama pentingnya dengan fasilitas utama produksi. Data historis menunjukkan kondisi overhaul pada forklift Toyota FD 50, Toyota FD 35, dan Komatsu FD 35 yang beresiko menghentikan alur produksi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis kebijakan maintenance yang diterapkan pada ketiga forklift ini. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan total biaya  maintenance yang dihasilkan dari repair maintenance policy dan preventive maintenance policy. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan maintenance yang relevanuntuk diterapkan pada ketiga forklift tersebut adalah repair maintenance policy yang menghasilkan total biaya maintenance terendah. Rekomendasi yang diberikan pada perusahaan adalah dalam penerapan repair maintenance policy perlu memperhatikan ketersediaan komponen dan kesiapan operatormaintenance.ABSTRACTOptimal Maintenance Analysis Policy for Forklift Subsection PT Pura Barutama PM 5/6/9 Kudus.PT Pura Barutama is a paper manufacture company located in Kudus, Central Java. Having production process continuously on 24 hours, making forklift is as important as other production facilities because it transports fresh paper roll to the warehouse. Historical data shows that overhaul on forklift Toyota FD 50, Toyota FD 35, and Komatsu FD 35 are risking the production process because it could stop production flow from production area to warehouse. The goal of this research is to analyze themaintenance policy applied on these forklift. Analysis is done with comparing total maintenance cost for repair maintenance policy and preventive maintenance policy. The study shows that the most suitable maintenance policy to applied on these forklift is repair maintenance policy because it has the least totalmaintenance cost. Recommendations that drawn from this study are in applying repair maintenance policy, the avaibility of forklift spare parts and skilled maintenance operator should be considered so that repairment could be done as soon as possible.
