The purpose of this research are: (1) To know the effect of modified ignition timing toexhaust emissions CO and HC on motorcycles Yamaha Vega R 110 CC in 2008 that use LPGfuel. (2) To know amount the effect of modified ignition timing to exhaust emissions CO andHC on motorcycles Yamaha Vega R 110 CC in 2008 that use LPG fuel by ignition timing 7?,10?, 13? BTDC.Based on this research can be conclude: (1) Modified ignition timing on the use of LPGfuel effect on the result of exhaust gas emissions levels of CO and HC. (2) The results gas emissionslevels of CO 0.041% by ignition timing 7? BTDC, the results gas emissions levels of CO0.052% by ignition timing 10? BTDC, while the result gas emissions levels of CO 0.098% by13? BTDC. (3) Gas emissions levels of HC 130 ppm by ignition timing 7? BTDC, gas emissionslevels of HC 272.67 ppm by ignition timing 10? BTDC, while gas emissions levels of HC473.33 ppm by ignition timing13? BTDC. (4) The ignition timing 13? BTDC increase theresults exhaust gas emissions levels of CO and HC, while ignition timing 7? BTDC willdecrease the result exhaust gas emissions of CO and HC but also decrease engine power.
