<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKelarutan obat sangat mempengaruhi tingkat efektivitas dan dosis yang digunakan. Peningkatan kelarutan dengan berbagai macam metode dapat menunjang efektivitas obat.. Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penelitian apa saja yang sudah pernah dilakukan, metode yang digunakan serta hasil dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh para peneliti menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kelarutan obat sudah lumrah dilakukan dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Jenis metode yang digunakan mengacu pada jenis senyawa ataupun obat yang akan direkayasa, serta tujuan peningkatan kelarutan dalam bidang farmasi.Kata Kunci : kelarutan, peningkatan, obat ABSTRACTDrug solubility greatly affects the level of effectiveness and dosage used.
