Abstract

ABSTRAKKelarutan obat sangat mempengaruhi tingkat efektivitas dan dosis yang digunakan. Peningkatan kelarutan dengan berbagai macam metode dapat menunjang efektivitas obat.. Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penelitian apa saja yang sudah pernah dilakukan, metode yang digunakan serta hasil dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh para peneliti menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kelarutan obat sudah lumrah dilakukan dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Jenis metode yang digunakan mengacu pada jenis senyawa ataupun obat yang akan direkayasa, serta tujuan peningkatan kelarutan dalam bidang farmasi.Kata Kunci : kelarutan, peningkatan, obat ABSTRACTDrug solubility greatly affects the level of effectiveness and dosage used. Increasing solubility with various methods can support the effectiveness of the drug. This review aims to find out what research has been done, the methods used and the results of the study. The results of research conducted by the researchers indicate that an increase in drug solubility is commonplace with satisfactory results. The type of method used refers to the type of compound or drug to be engineered, and the purpose of increasing solubility in the pharmaceutical field.Keywords : Solubility, Increase, Drug.
