<![CDATA[ABSTRAKBaru-baru ini, microneedle untuk pengiriman obat transdermaltelah dikembangkan sebagai metode praktis untuk mengirim agen kimia dan biologi yang efektif mengatasi stratum korneum sebagai pengalang utama kulit dan memberikan obat secara efektif ke dalam kulit. Article review ini dibuat untuk mengetahui hasil dari percobaan-percobaan yang telah dilakukan dalam pembuatan microneedle dengan polimer yang diharapkan dapat berguna untuk memberikan informasi mengenai microneedle dengan polimer. Berdasarkan hasil dari pencarian literatur, microneedle polimer memberikan keuntungan kemudahan fabrikasi, efektivitas biaya, serta pelepasan obat yang dapat dikontrol menggunakansifat kelarutan air dan degradasi polimer.Hasil percobaan pada berbagai literatur menunjukkan bahwa microneedle polimer merupakan salah satu terobosan baru dalam bidang teknologi farmasi yang mampu memberikan efektifitas terapetik yang baik pada berbagai macam obat dan berbagai biomolekul seperti vaksin dan hormon.Kata Kunci : Kulit, Microneedle, Polimer, TransdermalABSTRACTRecently, a microneedle system has been developed to deliver chemical and biological agents through the stratum corneum,which is the main barrier to drug delivery. Based on the results of literature searches, polymer microneedles offerthe benefits of ease of fabrication and cost-effectiveness, as well as controlled drug release usingthe water solubility and degradation properties of polymer. This article review was made to determine the results of experiments that have been made in the manufacture of microneedles with polymers which are expected to be useful for providing information on microneedles with polymers.Experimental results in various literatures show that microneedle polymer is one of the new breakthroughs in the field of pharmaceutical technology that is capable of providing good therapeutic efficacy on various drugs and various biomolecules such as vaccines and hormones.Keywords :Microneedle, Polymer, Skin, Transdermal]]>
