Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know about the attitude of the scientific, academic freedom, academic ethics and related cultural academic student at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). This research uses research methods to quantitate with path analysis. Data collection is done using questionnaires, then analyzed with the description and path analysis. The results showed: (1) a direct relationship with the scientific attitude of academic culture on the UM students have a relationship that is “strong enough”; (2) a direct connection to academic freedom and academic culture on the UM students have a relationship that is “strong enough”; (3) a direct relationship with the academic culture of academic ethics at UM students have a “strong” relationship; (4) a direct relationship with the scientific attitude of academic freedom at the UM student had a “strong” relationship; (5) the direct relationship between the scientific and ethical attitude on the UM student academic has a “strong” relationship; (6) direct contacts with academic freedom academic ethics at UM students have a “strong” relationship; (7) an indirect relationship with the scientific attitude of variable academic culture through academic ethics at UM students have a “strong” relationship; (8) an indirect relationship with the academic freedom of variable academic culture through academic ethics at UM students have a “strong” relationship. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang sikap ilmiah, kebebasan akademik, dan etika akademik yang berhubungan dengan budaya akademik mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan deskripsi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hubungan langsung sikap ilmiah dengan budaya akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “cukup kuat”; (2) hubungan langsung kebebasan akademik dan budaya akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “cukup kuat”; (3) hubungan langsung etika akademik dengan budaya akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”; (4) hubungan langsung sikap ilmiah dengan kebebasan akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”; (5) hubungan langsung antara sikap ilmiah dan etika akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”; (6) hubungan langsung kebebasan akademik dengan etika akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”; (7) hubungan tidak langsung variabel sikap ilmiah dengan budaya akademik melalui etika akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”; (8) hubungan tidak langsung variabel kebebasan akademik dengan budaya akademik melalui etika akademik pada mahasiswa UM mempunyai hubungan yang “kuat”.
