In 2017, Tuberculosis sufferers in Malang experienced an increase from 2016 by 2.26% with a success rate of treatment of 66.95%. However, patients who actually completed treatment were only 13.47% of patients who had taken treatment since 2016. The cure rate at Polowijen Health Center based on data released by the Malang City Health Service was 66.67% with the number of patients requiring TB treatment In full, only 12.5%. Therefore in this study the authors developed an application for Tuberculosis treatment assistance. The platform used to develop this application is Android, because 93.22% of the population in Indonesia are Android users and 100% of respondents are Android users. To develop this application in this study using the PXP development method which is a derivative of agile development methods and is intended for autonomous developers. The PXP development method supports rapid development and enhances development planning by improving the evaluation process to determine the inhibiting factors of the development process. There is a problem in conducting unit testing of the Firebase Database Reference class, because the class is final. Usability testing using the SUS method gets results 81.25 for the patient side, 81.25 for the PMO side and 80 for the supervisor side.
