Kemampuan Guru Mengajar IPA dan Sikap Siswa terhadap Lingkungan Hidup Dengan Hasil Belajar IPA

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang hubungan antara : (1) kemampuan guru mengajar IPA dengan hasil belajar IPA; (2) sikap siswa terhadap lingkungan hidup dengan hasil belajar IPA; (3) kemampuan guru mengajar IPA dan sikap siswa terhadap lingkungan hidup dengan hasil belajar IPA. Penelitian menggunakan metoe survei. Penelitian terdiri dari dua variabel bebas, yaitu: 1) kemampuan guru mengajar IPA, dan 2) sikap siswa terhadap lingkungan hidup, serta satu variabel terikat, yakni hasil belajar IPA. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 889 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 107 siswa. Data dihimpun dengan teknik kuesioner, dan tes, kemudian dianalisa dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan guru mengajar IPA dan sikap siswa terhadap lingkungan hidup secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPA.   The research aims to obtain information about the relationship between: (1) the ability of teachers to teach Natural Science and Natural Science learning achievement, 2) the students' attitudes on Environment and Natural Science learning achievement, 3) the ability of teachers to teach Natural Science and students' attitudes on Environment with Natural Science learning achievement. The research uses a survey method. The research population numbers 889 students with a sample of 107 students. The data are collected through a questionnaire and test, and then analyzed by statistical analysis with descriptive and inferential techniques. The results show that there is a positive relationship between the ability of teachers to teach Natural Science and students' attitudes on Environment together with Natural Science learning achievement.
