<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the performance professionalim of counselors in SMAN 2 Bandarlampung.The method used in this research is qualitative method with case studies.The data collection technique using interviews and observation. There are 6 of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA 2 Bandarlampung as the subjects of this research. The results showed that the performance of professional counselors categorized quite well. It can be from the average performance of the guidance and counseling teachers, where there are 2 teachers in guidance and counseling are very good category, 3 teacher guidance and counseling in the category is quite good, and 1 teacher were in the unfavorable category. In the discussion of each indicator in this study, the results showed that the performance of the professionalism of counselors there are counselors who have not mastered the professionalism of counselors and there are some counselors who have mastered professional counselor. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja profesionalisme kenselor sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan study kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah enam orang guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja profesionalisme konselor dikategorikan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dari rata-rata kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling, dimana terdapat 2 guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kategori sangat baik, 3 guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kategori cukup baik, dan 1 guru berada pada kategori kurang baik. Pada pembahasan setiap indikator dalam penelitian ini, dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam kinerja profesionalisme konselor masih terdapat konselor yang belum menguasai profesionalisme konselor dan terdapat beberapa konselor yang sudah menguasai profesionalisme konselor.Kata kunci : analisis kinerja, bimbingan konseling, profesionalisme konselor]]>
