This study was aimed to identify the academic stressors by the fourth year students of FKIP of University of Lampung in academic year 2019/2020. Naturally, this research belongs to qualitative descriptive research. The subject were 283 students in the fourth year. The data was collected by questionnaire by giving an online survey to the respondents through google forms. The results of this study indicated that the most dominant academic stressors by the fourth year students of FKIP University of Lampung in academic year 2019/2020 is Thesis topics such as difficulty of finding research supporting journals, difficulty of processing data, difficulty obtaining research permssion. An the last is, the topic of Tasks such as a large number of tasks.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stressor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun keempat di FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 283 mahasiswa tahun keempat. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dengan cara menyebar survei online kepada responden melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stressor akademik yang paling dominan pada mahasiswa tahun keempat FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yaitu topik Skripsi seperti kesulitan mencari jurnal pendukung penelitian, kesulitan mengolah data, sulit mendapat surat ijin penelitian. Kemudian topik Tugas seperti jumlah tugas yang banyak.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, stres akademik, stressor
