Abstract

The purpose of the research was to increase a positive attitude towards psychological well-being, especially in the dimensions of environmental mastery. The method used in this study was quasi experimental design with dependent pretest and posttest. There we 10 people as the subjects of this research. The results of statistical analysis showed a value (Sig.) 0.045 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an increase in positive attitudes of students towards environmental mastery after being given games simulation technique group guidance services to the experimental group.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi environmental mastery. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen with dependent pretest and posttest. Subjek penelitian menggunakan kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang.Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai (Sig.) 0.045 0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya adalah sikap terhadap environmental mastery dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games pada kelompok eksperimen.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, environmental mastery, teknik simulasi games
