AbstractLeadership quality management implemented in SMP Negeri 3 Ketapang, using thestepsit does toachieveits intended purpose. The strategy for improvingthe quality of educationinSMP Negeri 3Ketapang, includes8elements in thenational education standards, namely: first, the contentstandards.
