<![CDATA[Abstrak Modul merupakan media belajar dalam mandiri dalam bntuk buku yang disusun secara sistematis dengan tujuan membantu siswa belajar mandiri. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan modul, perbedaan modul sebelum dikembangkan dan setelah dikembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan modul, dan respons siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X APK 1 yang berjumlah 20 siswa di SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R & D). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan yang menggunakan pendekatan 4-D. Model ini terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahap: yaitu pertama, tahap pendefinisian (define); kedua, tahap perancangan (design); ketiga, tahap pengembangan (develop); dan keempat, tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Perbedaan modul sebelum dan setelah dikembangkan meliputi kesesuaian materi, bahasa, ilustrai dan desain modul. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengukur penilaian validasi dan respons siswa adalah skala likert. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh persentase 91% dengan kriteria sangat layak, hasil validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase 88% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan respon siswa memperoleh persentase 84,3 % dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul kompetensi dasar menyediakan bantuan kepada kolega dan pelanggan di dalam dan di luar perusahaan yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan di SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan modul, Kolega dan pelanggan, Pengembangan 4D Abstract The module is one of learning media in the form of a standalone package book of learning experiences which planned and arranged systematically with the goal of helping students to learn independently. This study aims to module developed process, determine the difference of the module that was developed before and after development, determine the feasibility of the module, and student response. Subjects in this study are students of class X APK 1 totaling 20 students in SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo. The method used in this research is the development model that uses 4-D approach. This model consists of 4 (four) stages: firstly, the definition phase (define); secondly, the design phase (design); third, stage of development (develop); and fourth, the deployment phase (disseminate). Difference of the module that was developed before and after development using the suitability of the material, order language, illustration and design module.Based on the analysis of the data used to measure validation of the expert assessment and students response is Likert scale. The results of the material expert validation earn a percentage of 91% criteria as very feasible, the validation results linguists earn a percentage 88% criteria as very feasible, and the response of students gain a percentage of 84.3% to the criteria of very decent. It can be concluded that the modules cooperate with colleagues and customers, the basic competencies is providing assistance to colleagues and customers inside and outside the company that has developed a very decent declared in SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo.
