<![CDATA[This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the effect of Think Pair Share cooperative learning model towards students conceptual understanding of mathematics. This research used posttest only control group design. The population of this research wasall students of grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratuin academic year of 2017/2018. Through purposive sampling technique, two classes were taken as the samples.The technique that used in this research was test. The analysis data of this research used t-test. Based on the result of research, it was concluded that Think Pair Share cooperative learning model affect students conceptual understanding of mathematics.Penelitian eksperimental semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratu tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Melalui teknik purposive sampling dua dari enam kelas diambil sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t.
