Administrative Development of Malaysia public sector has been done from time to time. However under Tun Mahathir leadership Malaysia public sector has gone through major changes. The changes can be classified mainly  into four areas; structure, system, procedure and culture.  The result of this reformation can be seen on the excellent economic growth that Malaysia achieved  for many years.
