Abstract

Administrative Development of Malaysia public sector has been done from time to time. However under Tun Mahathir leadership Malaysia public sector has gone through major changes. The changes can be classified mainly  into four areas; structure, system, procedure and culture.  The result of this reformation can be seen on the excellent economic growth that Malaysia achieved  for many years. Abstract

The Chinese involvement in Malaysia Public Sector is quite small compared to the Malays group.  Like other Chinese in South-East Asia, Malaysian Chinese are more likely to get involved in business sector rather than in public sector.  Although they are outnumbered by Malays in public sector but in some prestigious profession such as doctor, accountant and engineer the Chinese representation are much better than the Malays. Abstract

The level of trust in government is important because its reflect the support of people to their government. The higher level of trust will give government more power to implement development to the country.  Moreover, government that gain higher confidence from the people’s can play their role effectively compared to the government who failed to gain support from them.  This paper will discuss the level of trust among local universities students’ in Malaysia.  Their opinion is crucial because they are  our future leader.   Kata kunci: mahasiswa, Kerajaan Persekutuan,    kepercayaan
