Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran secara deskriptif tentangkepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Pusat Pengembangan danPemberdayaan Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Bahasa Jakarta. Partisipandalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang mengikuti diklat sebanyak 50 orang. Data yangdiperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tingkat kepentingan kinerja danberdasarkan model gap. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh skor tingkat kinerjalebih kecil nilainya yaitu sebesar 3.07 daripada tingkat harapan yaitu sebesar 3.20 sehingganilai tingkat penyesuaiannya sebesar 95.94 %. Hal ini berarti tingkat kepuasan pelangganterhadap kualitas pelayanan P4TK Bahasa Jakarta belum memenuhi harapan pelanggan.AbstractThe objective of this study is to describe customer satisfaction towards service quality onJakarta Center of development and Deployment of Language Teacher and Educating Staff.Participants to the study are them who are attending training and workshop on datacollection time schedule. It’s suceeded to recruit 50 participants. Data collected further wasanalyzed using important-performance analysis and gap model. Result shows thatperformance level score (3.07) is lower than customer expectation (3.20), resulting adjustablescore 95.94%. It means that customer of Jakarta Center of development and Deployment ofLanguage Teacher and Educating Staff are not satisfied with service they receive.
