<![CDATA[Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ingin memperoleh data tentang persiapan guru merancang rencana pembelajaran, mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil peningkatan menulis surat dinas dengan menggunakan metode kolaborasi pada siswa kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak.Adapun metode dan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilyang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dengan rata-rata pada siklus I menggunakan metode kolaborasi 79 yang tercakup dari delapan aspek penilaian. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89. Berdasarkan hasil tes siswa, terjadi peningkatan pada setiap siklus menggunakan metode kolaborasi. Maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas ini telah berhasil dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak.  Kata kunci : Menulis Surat Dinas, Metode Kolaborasi Abstract:The purpose of this study which is to obtain data about the preparation of teachers to design lesson plans, manage the implementation of learning, the result of increased write official letters by using the method of collaboration on VIIIB grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. The methods and forms of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study with the average in the first cycle using collaborative methods 79 covered eight aspects of evaluation.
