Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil keterampilan kerja ilmiah siswa kelas XI IPA sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing serta menentukan perbedaan keterampilan kerja ilmiah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sintang pada materi titrasi asam basa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one grup pretest-posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Sintang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengukuran dan teknik komunikasi langsung, alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan instrumen berupa tes keterampilan kerja ilmiah. Setelah dilakukan olah data, hasil pretest menunjukan bahwa keterampilan kerja ilmiah siswa secara berturut-turut sebesar 44,4%, 36,1% % dan 2,8% pada kategori kurang terampil, terampil dan sangat terampil sedangkan hasil posttest menunjukan bahwa keterampilan kerja ilmiah siswa secara  berturut-turut  sebesar 61,1% % dan 38,9% berada pada kategori terampil  dan  sangat  terampil. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan kerja ilmiah sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: keterampilan kerja ilmiah, inkuiri terbimbing, titrasi asam basa   Abstract: The aims of the study were  to describe the profile of scientific work skills of students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration as well as different scientific working skills of students XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sintang students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration. Pre-experiment with one grup pretest-posttest was used as study method. Students of XI IPA 1 academic year 2015/2016 participated in the study were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through measurement and direct comunication technics using interview guideline and scientific work skills test. After being given training with guided inqury learning model, an increase in the skills of scientific work that are by 44,4%, 36,1% % dan 2,8% in the category of less skilled, and unskilled respectively while the results show that the 2 posttest scientific work skills of students that are skilled in a row amounted to 61,1% dan 38,9% in the category of skilled and highly. Wilcoxon test results showed there were differences of scientific work skills before and after learning. Keywords: scientific work skills, guided inquiry, acid-base titration
