Abstract The title of this thesis is social restraint by the teacher in overcoming school attribute infraction in MA Khulafaur Rasyidin. The research problem is how social restraint by the teacher overcome school attribute infraction?. Based on the research problem above, it creates some sub problems: how social restraint teacher overcome school attribute infraction through preventif action, repressive and curative?. The research used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Tools of data collecting are observation, interview, and documentation study. The result of the research showed as: (1) social restraint through preventive action done by the teacher, before started learning process teacher need to give advice remind student to obey the school role, the teacher gives the advice neither during learning process, nor in madrasah environment. (2) social restraint through repressive actione done by the teacher, when the teacher found any infraction about school rule done by the students, the teacher needed to warn them directly, and gived punishment. (3) social restraint throught curative action, it was done by calling student who break the rule and give guidance, advices, motivate them in order to tell them realising their mistakes and would not do it anymore.
