Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan MTs swasta di Kecamatan Sui Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diambil melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis dengan cara deskripsi, uji analisis,  korelasi dan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1)memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y)dengan persentase sebesar 23,61%; (2) kinerja mengajar guru (X2)memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y) dengan persentase sebesar 32,26%; (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru (X2) dengan persentase sebesar 42,64%; (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan kinerja mengajar guru (X2) terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y) pada MTs Swasta yang ada di Kecamatan Sui. Ambawang dengan sebesar 34,6%.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Kinerja Mengajar Guru, MutuLayanan Pendidikan Abstract:This study aims to describe the influence of leadership principal and teachers’ teaching performance toward the quality of education services at private MTs of Sui Ambawang Kubu Raya District. The methodof this study is a survey research with quantitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaire and literature review and analyzed quantitatively by means of description, test analysis, correlation, simple regression and multiple regression analysis.The results of study found that: (1) the leadership principal (X1) provides a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services (Y) with percentage 23.61%; (2) the teachers’ teaching performance (X2) gives a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services (Y) with percentage 32.26%; (3) the leadership of principal (X1) gives a positive and significant effect on the of teachers' teaching performance (X2) with percentage 42.64%; (4) there is a significant effect of leadership principal (X1) and the teachers' teaching performance (X2) on the quality of education services (Y) at Private MTs in Sui.
