Terhadap Hasil Lulur Bubuk TradisionalNama : Wulan Septa ErlinawatiNim : 13050634006Program studi/angkatan : S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias/2013Fakultas : TeknikNama lembaga : Universitas Negeri Surabaya Pembimbing : Sri Dwiyanti, S.Pd., M.PSDM Lulur merupakan salah satu jenis kosmetika tradisonal yang dapat digunakan sebagai perawatan kulit tubuh untuk mempertahankan kesehatan, mencerahkan dan mengangkat sel kulit mati.Tepung beras dan kunyit putih dapat di manfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar dan bahan aktif lulur tradisional karena kunyit putih mengandung zat antioksidan yang sangat tinggi berfungsi untuk mencerahkan, melembabkan kulit dan dapat memudarkan bekas luka pada kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh proporsi tepung beras dan kunyit putih (Curcuma zedoaria Rosc.) terhadap 1) Sifat fisik lulur tradisional yang meliputi aroma, warna, terkstur, dan daya lekat. 2) kesukaan panelis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah proporsi tepung beras dan kunyit putih yaitu X1 (3:2), X2 (2:3), X3 (1:4). Variabel terikat adalah sifat fisik yang meliputi aroma, warna, tekstur, daya lekat, dan kesukaan panelis. Pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi yang dilakukan oleh 30 panelis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan anova tunggal dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan menggunakan program spss versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh proporsi tepung beras dan kunyit putih terhadap hasil lulur bubuk tradisional. Proporsi X2(2:3) menghasilkan aroma, warna, tekstur, daya lekat paling baik dibandingkan proporsi lainnya, yaitu beraroma khas kunyit putih, berwarna krem, tekstur kasar dan lekat. Rice flour and white turmeric flour can take advantage of as the basic ingredients and active ingredients of traditional body scrub because white turmeric contain a very high antioxidant substances serve to brighten, moisturize the skin and can fades scars on the skine. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the proportion of rice flour and white turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria Rosc.) On 1) the physical properties of traditional scrubs which include aroma, color, texture, and stickiness. 2) panelist preferences. This research type is experiment. The independent variables in this research are the proportion of rice flour and white turmeric that is X1 (3: 2), X2 (2: 3), X3 (1: 4). Bonded variables are physical properties which include aroma, color, texture, stickiness, and panelist preference. Data collection with observation methods conducted by 30 panelists. Data were analyzed using single anova and continued with Duncans test using the SPSS version 16 program. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the proportion of rice flour and white turmeric on the results of traditional powder scrubs. The proportion of X2 (2: 3) produces the best aroma, color, texture, adhesion compared to other proportions, namely the distinctive scent of white turmeric, cream color, rough and sticky texture.
