Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dominansi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kurangnya partisipasi siswa, dan kurang variatifnya kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya Model Pembelajaran Example Non Example. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas II SDN Balongsari 2 Mojokerto yang terdiri dari 40 siswa. Ada dua siklus dalam penelitian ini, masing-masing dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta lembar evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 57,5% pada Siklus I menjadi 87,5% pada siklus II. Aktivitas guru juga meningkat dari 70,54% pada Siklus I menjadi 85,71% pada Siklus II. Demikan juga dengan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 68,75% pada Siklus I menjadi 87,5% pada Siklus II. Kata Kunci : Example Non Example, Hasil Belajar, Tematik Abstract The background of this research were because of the teacher dominance in the teaching process, the less of students participates, and the unvariatively the teaching process. The purpose of this research were to describe the increase of teacher activities, student activities, and student’s learning result after applying the Example Non Example Model of teaching. This research was a classroom action research which the subject were the students of second grade of SDN Balongsari 2 Mojokerto that consisted 40 students. There were two cycles in this research, each of the cycles was held in one meeting. Every cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collection technique were did by using observation and test method. The instruments that used were observation sheet of teacher and student activities, and also evaluation sheet. The result showed that the learning process had increased. The student’s learning results increased from 57,5% in first cycle to 87,5% in second cycle. The teacher activities also increased from 70,54% in first cycle to 85,71% in second cycle. So did at the student activities, it increased from 68,75% in first cycle to 87,5% in second cycle.
