PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV TEMA INDAHNYA NEGERIKU SD DARUL ULUM BUNGURASIH SIDOARJO

Abstrak Pembelajaran yang berlangsung dikelas IV SD Darul Ulum Bungurasih Sidoarjo masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu pembelajaran masih bersifat konvensional. Guru juga belum menggunakan suatu model pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan siswa untuk belajar dan fokus dalam proses belajar. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sebagian siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan guru. Sehingga hasil belajar sebagian besar siswa belum memenuhi KKM yang ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA kelas IV peneliti menerapkan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar siswa pada tema indahnya negeriku. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Darul Ulum Bungurasih Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari 73,6% pada siklus I, meningkat 83,33% pada siklus II dan meningkat lagi menjadi 94,4% pada siklus III. Aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 76,56% pada siklus I, meningkat 84,37% pada siklus II dan meningkat lagi menjadi 93,75% pada siklus III. Hasil tes pada siklus I nilai rata-rata  yang diperoleh 76,1 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 55,6%, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata diperoleh 78,3 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 66,7% dan pada siklus III nilai rata-rata 80,6 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 83,3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran STAD, tematik, hasil belajar   Abstract Change as a result of study can be indicated in many kinds such as the change of knowledge, understanding, attitude, skill and ability also the other aspect of the person. But in the reality we have so many activities in the school that dominate, by a teacher so it makes the students are not actives at all. Because of that problem we should have interesting model that is cooperative model talking stick type, because with using this model are consist of game that have a main role to teach children about their self also help them in growth and development. Implementation of talking stick can be one of alternative to help student to understand the lesson easily. The purpose of this research to present the implementation of learning , the results of student learning, and obstacles as well as a solution in the application of model of learning cooperative type talking stick to improve student learning the result especially in the class Va. The design is using the act of class. A subject in this research was the teacher and a student of class III SDN Randegansari Surabaya, a total of 27 student, consists of 13 male and 14 female. Data collection techniques used a technique of observation , the test results to study for students , and field notes. As well as data analysis technique use descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The Learning reachment increases from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The activity of the teacher into the cycle 1 of 58 % and cycle 2 of 83 %. A score of the results of increasing student learning , the percentage of students on the success of the cycle 1 of 64 % and of the cycle 2 80 %. Of the result we can conclude that by applying kind of classroom cooperative type talking stick in their experiences can improve learning outcomes on the kids grade 5 in SDN randegansari Gresik as well as providing an atmosphere of learning which enjoyable and would motivate students to actively in their experiences. Conclusion from this research is  the using of Student Team Achievement Division cooperative learning model is able to increase students and teachers activities, also study result for Sciences students.
