PENGGUNAAN MEDIA JAM SUDUT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu dalam mata pelajaran matematika yang diajarkan di kelas V SD ini, terdapat materi menentukan besar sudut yang dibentuk oleh kedua jarum jam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media jam sudut terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar menentukan besar sudut pada siswa kelas V SDN Keboan Anom, Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen kuantitatif yang menggunakan jenis quasi eksperimen design dengan model Desain Kelompok Kontrol Prates-Pascates Berpasangan. Hasil rata-rata pretes dan postes di kelas kontrol yaitu 49.36 dan 70.31, sedangkan di kelas eksperimen 52.81 dan 80.63. Hasil uji hipotesis yaitu r hitung (2,50)> r tabel (1,99).  Dapat disimpulkan penggunaan media jam sudut dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam menentukan besar sudut pada jam di kelas V SDN Keboan Anom, Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Kata kunci : Matematika, hasil belajar, media jam sudut              Abstract This research is conducted since there is a learning material of acquiring the types and the degrees of angles created by the hands of clock within mathematics subject in the fifth grade. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of Clock of Angle media to improve the learning output of determining the degrees of angles of the fifth graders of SDN Keboan Anom, Gedangan, Sidoarjo. This is a quasi eksperimen design with quantitative approach; it uses Joined Pre-test – Post-test Control Group Design. The mean scores during the pre-test and the post-test in the control group are 49.36 and 70.31, rescpectively, while the mean scores during the pre-test and the post-test in the experimental group are 52.81 and 80.63, respectively. The result of hypothesis test is given as r computation (2.50) > r table (1.99). It can be concluded that the implementation of Clock of Angles media has a significant effect toward the learning output of determining degrees of angels of the fifth graders of SDN Keboan Anom, Gedangan, Sidoarjo.   Key terms: Mathematics, learning output, Clock of Angles media
