Abstract, management Information System (MIS) is important in improving the performance of employess, especially those in the Office of Pusdik Intelkam Polri Bandung. The method used was descriptive with quantitative approach. The data was collected from 83 respondents as sample and used a closed questionnaire. The results of the calculation of general trend using Weighted Means Score (WMS) showed that the computer based management information system was in the excellent category with an average score of 3.23 and the employees’ performance was also in the excellent category with an average score 3.27. Analysis of the correlation between variable X and Y was 0.697 which meant the two variables had strong and positive correlation. The result of test of significance of correlation with the t-test on variable X to Y showed that 𝑡𝑣𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 (8.738 1.98). It means that the correlation coefficient was significant. The result of determination coefficient test indicated that the effect X variable on Y variable was 48.5% while the rest 51.5% was affected by other factors.Keywords: computer based management information system, performanceAbstrak, sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) menjadi penting dalam memperbaiki kinerja pegawai, terutama di Kantor Pusdik Intelkam Polri Bandung. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan respondennya pegawai yang berjumlah 83 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum menggunakan Weighted Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen berbasis komputer termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,23 dan kinerja pegawai juga termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,27. Analisis korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 0,697 artinya kedua variabel pada tingkat hubungan kuat dan terdapat korelasi yang positif. Hasil uji signifikansi korelasi dengan uji-t pada variabel X terhadap Y diperoleh 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 dari 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 (8,738 1,98) artinya koefisien korelasi yang ditemukan adalah signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 48,5% sedangkan sisanya 51,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.Kata Kerja: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Berbasis Komputer, Kinerja.
