Abstract

Abstract - Public service is a form of service provided by the bureaucracy or government to the public. The implementation of public services is intended to meet needs that are in accordance with the wishes and expectations of the community. The quality of motor vehicle tax service in the city of Batu samsat is not optimal in terms of responsiveness aspects, aspects of physical evidence, aspects of empathy. Therefore, research will be conducted on the quality of motor vehicle tax services in the city of Batu samsat. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques using techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. The research location was at the samsat office in Ngaglik Subdistrict, Batu City. Sources of data used in the form of primary data and secondary data as well as using data analysis components namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions while to measure the validity of the data used triangulation of data collection sources. The results of the study found that the quality of the motor vehicle tax service in Samsat Batu city provided the best service to taxpayers easily, quickly and accurately so that tax revenue was still obtained maximally. Keywords : Service quality, tax Abstrak - Pelayanan publik merupakan suatu bentuk layanan yang diberikan birokrasi atau pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pelayanan publik dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan harapan masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor di samsat kota Batu belum optimal dalam hal Aspek daya tanggap, Aspek Bukti Fisik, Aspek empati. Oleh karena itu, akan di lakukan penelitian tentang Kualitas pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor di samsat kota Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian pada Kantor samsat Kelurahan Ngaglik, Kota Batu. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder serta menggunakan komponen analisis data yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan sedangkan untuk mengukur keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor di samsat kota batu memberikan pelayanan sebaik – baiknya pada wajib pajak dengan mudah, cepat dan akurat sehingga penerimaan pajak tetap diperoleh secara maksimal.
