The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of toward Customer Purchase Decision and Customer satisfaction on Sales Volume PT. Mas Sedai Perkasa, Medan. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis methods. The population in this study were 40 people. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. This study uses a sampling saturated by taking all the number of the population as a sample to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure the variables is using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results Customer Purchase Decision and Customer satisfaction on Sales Volume PT. Mas Sedai Perkasa, Medan. The results of this study stated that the Customer Purchase Decision is more influence Sales Volume than Customer satisfaction PT.Mas Sedai Perkasa, Medan
