The results of observations at SMUN 1 Kutalimbaru Pancurbatu showed that the character and learning outcomes of class IX students were still low. This problem can be fixed by applying Think Talk Write. The purpose of research is to improve the character, learning outcomes, and completeness of student learning outcomes. This research is a Class IX High School Action Research with 2 learning cycles. The results showed that there was an increase in character and learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Character of curiosity increased tend to BT (Not Visible) with a percentage of 67.10%. Discipline character tends to increase MB (Start Developing) with a percentage of 51.31%. The character of responsibility increases tends to MK (Being Character) by 47.36%. Student learning outcomes increased from 69.5 to 77.1. Completeness of student learning outcomes by 34.21%, increased to 78.94%. Based on these results, it was concluded that the Think Talk Write learning model can improve character, learning outcomes, and completeness of class IX student learning outcomes at SMUN 1 Kutalimbaru Pancurbatu
