The physical work environment in the form of humidity, air circulation, lighting, noise, mechanical vibration, unpleasant odors, and color. Where humidity is the amount of water contained in the air, air circulation is a source of fresh air obtained from plants around the company, noise is one of the problems that is quite busy for employees, mechanical vibrations are sounds or vibrations from mechanical devices, unpleasant odors lead to decreased concentration of work, as well as colors that can not be separated with the arrangement of decorations With a good physical work environment, employee productivity increases. High productivity is greatly influenced by how companies treat their employees. If the company can maintain and develop human resources in this case the workforce, then employee productivity will increase as a result of high employee motivation to work. The quality and quality of service of health employees in hospitals must be considered. This is one way companies can use to satisfy hospital visitors such as patients, patients' families and others. The better the services provided by medical staff to patients or hospital visitors, it is assumed that the satisfaction of visitors or patients in the hospital can be increased, both administratively, direct services and so forth.
