Abstract

Many industries are currently racing in the world to achieve ISO certification. ISO gives world-class products and services to all businesses and organizations around the world. The 2 main standards that will be discussed are ISO 9001:2015 about Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 about Environmental Management. Different companies may have different strategies in implementing these standards.  By seeing each strategies, the authors will analyze of strategic comparison between developed country and developing country as well as give information for other standard ISO that related with mining company.
