Hubungan Persepsi Tentang Kompetensi Sosial Pendidik dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine a positive and significant relationship between competence of educators and learning motivation together with the result of thematic learning. This type of research is ex-post facto correlation. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used the correlation probability sampling method that was proportional stratified random sampling. The result of the research, found that there were a positif and significant relation between competence of educators and learning motivation tigother with the result of thematic learning of 0,582 “strong enough criteria”.                        Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi sosial pendidik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar tematik. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu obeservasi, wawancara, kuesioner (angket), dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi metode probability sampling yaitu proporsionionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi sosial pendidik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar tematik sebesar 0,582 “kriteria cukup kuat”.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kompetensi sosial pendidik, motivasi belajar, tematik.
