<![CDATA[One of the most important factors in improving the quality of education is the availability of professional teachers. On the shoulders of the teachers the responsibility for learning tasks is carried out. In fact, not all teachers have the desired professionalism to carry out their duties as mentioned in Article 39 of Law No.20 of 2003 which is planning learning, carrying out learning, assessing learning outcomes, conducting coaching, conducting training, conducting research and conducting community service. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, where this research is a research approach that reveals certain social situations by describing the reality correctly, based on data collection techniques and analysis of relevant data obtained from natural situations.
