<![CDATA[Sports content communication by Semarang Mayor Hendrar Prihadi through his Instagram, @hendrarprihadi ahead of the 2020 elections, is intensifying. The research focuses on political communication Semarang Mayor Hendrar Prihadi through uploading sports content from November 2018 to November 2019. Qualitative research with a constructivist paradigm is carried out through a content analysis approach. The researcher made Semarang Mayor Staff, Gumelar a key informant, Arnaz Agung Andrarasmara, Chair of KONI Semarang, the main informant, and Anas Baharudin, a supporter of Panzer Blue PSIS, supporting informant. The results of the content analysis show that uploading sports content by Semarang Mayor Hendrar Prihadi means that the message tends to be positive and provides support to the sports community.
