<![CDATA[ Abstract— Peer teaching is student-centered learning, in which case students learn from other students who have the status of age, maturity/self-esteem not much different than himself. This situation is expected to increase the sense of comfort while learning and increase the concentration of learners. Optimization needs to be made in order to target peer teaching and more efficiently. In fact, the optimization of peer teaching aims not only to improve the academic achievement of learners but also focuses on the development of softskills in the form of interpersonal communication skills and communication in public.Keywords— Peer teaching, optimization, softskill  Abstrak— Pembelajaran teman/tutor sebaya adalah pembelajaran yang terpusat pada siswa, dalam hal ini siswa belajar dari siswa lain yang memiliki status umur, kematangan/harga diri yang tidak jauh berbeda dari dirinya sendiri. Situasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan rasa nyaman saat belajar dan meningkatkan konsentrasi peserta didik. Optimasi perlu dilakukan agar metode peer teaching tepat sasaran dan lebih efisien.
