<![CDATA[Penelitian dilakukan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dengan pertimbangan bahwa data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan mudah diperoleh, dan sangat relevan dengan materi pelajaran. Di ketahui koofisien korelasi R adalah 0.439 ini berarti bahwa/korelasi hubungan antara variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) terhadap variabel bebas yaitu pengaruh etika komunikasi signifikan. Sedangkan nilai R square yaitu sebesar 0.193 ini berarti sebesar 19.3% variabel bebas yaitu pengaruh etika komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Banggai. Sedangkan sisanya (100%-19.3% = 80.7%) dipengaruhi sebab lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa instrument bebas (X) yaitu pengaruh etika komunikasi mempengaruhi instrument terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan perusahaan daerah air minum Kabupaten Banggai sebesar 19.3%.
