<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDi Indonesia terdapat banyak suku yang tersebar di lima pulau besar seperti Jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, dan Papua. Hal itu tergambar dengan adanya rumah adat masing-masing suku dan tiap rumah adat memiliki nilai, historis tersendiri. Salah satu suku yang memiliki keunikan tipe dalam pengelolaan bentuk fisik bangunannya adalah rumah adat masyarakat Dayak yang banyak terdapat di pulau Kalimantan bahkan tersebar sampai negeri jiran Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data sekunder. Fokus penelitian ini pada tipe bangunan dan ciri-cirinya, teritori atau sebaran serta visual rumah adat dayak.Kata Kunci: Tipologi, rumah adat, suku dayakABSTRACTIn Indonesia there are many tribes spread across five large islands such as Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua.
