<![CDATA[The purpose of this reseach is to find the influence of formal and informal communication toward the employee of PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. The samples of this research are 40 respondents of 128 employee. Collecting data is used by questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that formal communication is influence toward the way of employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh, while informal communication is not influence toward it. The result indicates that simultaneously formal and informal communication influence significantly influence toward the employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. Later, either partially formal communication influence significatly toward the way of employee working, while informal communication is not influence the way of employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh.Keywords: formal communication, informal communication, employee  ]]>
