Pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Selatan

The study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of Competence, Work Discipline and Workload on Investigation Performance the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Selatan. Population in this study were all the the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Selatan, which is 116 people and the determination of the sample in this study using the calculation of the Slovin formula, thus the sample in this study were 90 people. The collected data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results of this study indicates that (1) Competence has a significant influence on the Performance of the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum. (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Performance of the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum, (3) Workload significantly affects the Performance of the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum, (4) Competence, Work Discipline, and Workload affect the Performance of the investigator of Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Beban kerja terhadap KinerjaPenyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Selatanyaitu sebanyak 116 orang dan Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin, dengan demikian maka yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 orang. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada KinerjaPenyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum. (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KinerjaPenyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum, (3) Beban Kerja mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap KinerjaPenyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum, (4) Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja mempengaruhi KinerjaPenyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum.
