EVALUASI TES KESAMAPTAAN JASMANI DALAM PENERIMAAN PRAJURIT KARIER KEPOLISIAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA

ABSTRAKEvaluasi dilakukan pada kesatuan Polri, yaitu Mapolda, Pusat Pendidikan Brigade Mobile Polri, Pusat Pendidikan Sabhara Polri dan Pusat Sekolah Polisi Negara. Jenis tes kesamaptaan jasmani yang dilaksanakan adalah lari 12 menit, pull up, sit up, push up, dan shuttle run. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi tes kesamaptaan jasmani Polri selama 5 tahun, dimana evaluasi tersebut dimulai tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2018. Dengan proses penerimaan dan seleksi yang baik dan efektif akan berdampak pada perkembangan Polri dalam bentuk sumber daya yang berkualitas.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif evaluatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2018 tes lari 12 menit pada kriteria cukup, tes pull up pada kriteria cukup, tes sit up pada kriteria baik sekali, tes push up pada kriteia baik sekali dan tes shuttle run pada kriteria baik. ABSTRACTThe evaluation was carried out at the National Police unit, the Mapolda, National Police Brigade Mobile Education Center, National Police Sabhara Education Center, State Police School Center. The type of physical safety test conducted is a 12 minute run, pull up, sit up, push up, and shuttle run. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the police physical safety test for 5 years.The evaluation starts in 2014 until 2018. A good and effective admission and selection process will have an impact on the development of the National Police in the form of quality resources. The type of research used in this study was quantitative with evaluative descriptive method. The results showed that from 2014 to 2018 a 12-minute test ran on sufficient criteria, pull up test on sufficient criteria, sit up test on the criteria very well, push up test on the criteria very well, and shuttle run test on good criteria.Keywords: Evaluation, test, physical safety, Career Soldiers of the Indonesian National Police.
