<![CDATA[This study uses the procedure classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects were the vocabulary skills of students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai research variables are free vocabulary skills, talk think write model variables, and variables photo media. Research data collection techniques using test techniques and techniques nontes, consisting of observation, documentation, journals, and interviews. Analysis of data using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the students' vocabulary skills upgrading can be done using a model talk think write through media images. This is evidenced by the increase in vocabulary results from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of the test cycle I reached an average of 69.36 in enough categories and the second cycle increased to 76.45 in both categories.]]>
