<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Policies used to maintain the safety of mother and child, that is in the delivery of clean and safe. Expected all birth by skilled labor with target 80% in 2005, 85% solid year 2010 and 90% solid year 2015. Number of deliveries assisted by midwife in Puskesmas Rawat Inap for 2017. From the data obtained only 20 labors using partograph. This study aims to determine the factors related to the implementation of delivery care at the Rawat Inap Simundol Public Health Centre in 2016. This type of research is a survey study with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study is all the midwives in Puskesmas Rawat Inap Perlayuan as many as 46 people, the sample size is 46 people with total population sample techinique. Method of using data by using primary data resulting from research subject in the form of quesioner. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate with chi-square test. The result showed that there was a correlation between the implementation of delivery care with work load with p = 0,013, salary/intensive with p= 0,013, knowledge with p value = 0,025, value p = 0,026, motivation with value p = 0,005 and training with p value = 0,035. And based on multiple regresilogistic test results, the most accurate variable with the implementation of childbirth care is motivation with the value of OR 18,720. It is expected that the Coordinating Midwife and the head of the Puskesmas to review the work by arranging the meeting to discuss the work.   Keywords : Registration of Normal Copying, Puskesmas, Midwife.]]>
