The population here is the player of the women's Bolavoli district of Rokan Hulu which amounted to 68 people, while the samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique so that the sample amounted to 30 daughters. For test conducted preliminary tests first, before giving the treatment Guided Discovery method, Series Of Play method, then the final test as the final data Of research after the treatment is implemented and data analyzed using Test-T. Data analysis results show that: 1) there is an influence of Guided Discovery Style method of service capability with GIS value. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tingkatan, yaitu (1) Tingkat Persiapan, yang meliputi pengumpulan referensi terkait dengan penelitian, membuat perizinan, kemudian melakukan perjanjian sama pelatih terkait dengan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian (2) Tingkat Pelaksanaan, yang meliputi menentukan sampel subjek penelitian, kemudian memberikan perlakuan agar mengetahui pengaruh metode yang dilaksanakan dan (3) Tingkat analisis data, hasil yang di deskripsikan peneliti dalam laporan adalah pengaruh. Metode Latihan Guided Discovery, Metode Series Of Play, Servis. Model penelitian ini quasi eksperimen. Populasi disini pemain bolavoli putri se-Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah sebanyak 68 orang, sedangkan sampel diseleksi mengunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 30 orang putri. Instrument tes kemampuan servis mengunakan tes servis Bolavoli. Untuk tes dilakukan tes awal terlebih dulu, sebelum memberikan perlakuan Metode Guided Discovery, Metode Series Of Play, kemudian tes akhir sebagai data akhir penelitian setelah perlakuan dilaksanakan dan data dianalisis memakai uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh Metode Guided Discovery Style terhadap kemampuan Servis dengan nilai sig. (2-tailled) 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Terdapat pengaruh Metode series of play terhadap kemampuan servis dengan nilai sig. (2-tailled) 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Metode series of play lebih efektif dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis dibanding dengan metode guided discovery style. Karena pengaruh yang diberikan metode series of play (1,8)> Metode guided discovery style (1,34) pada hasil mean dari ke dua metode.
