Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Proses analisis pemberian kredit dalam rangka menjalankan sistem pengendalian kerjasama antara LPD dan BUMDes Desa Tamblang, (2) Dampak sistem pengendalian kerjasama terhadap penyaluran kredit pada LPD Desa Tamblang dan perubahan perilaku nasabah setelah adanya pengendalian kerjasama LPD dalam pemberian kredit . Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa pengendalian kerjasama yang dilakukan berupa pertukaran nama nasabah yang memiliki kredit dan kredit macet dengan BUMDes, dan pengendalian kerjasama yang dilakukan menambah sistem pemberian kredit pada LPD Desa Tamblang yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik setelah bangkit dari keterpurukan, serta dijadikan untuk menunjang sistem pemberian kredit sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja LPD yang selanjutnya merubah perilaku nasabah yang telah memiliki kredit bermasalahKata Kunci : Kredit, Lembaga Pekreditan Desa (LPD), Pengendalian Kerjasama This research was conducted to find out (1) the process of credit analysis in order to carry out a control system for cooperation between Village Credit Institution (LPD) and Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Tamblang Village, (2) the effect of cooperation control system on credit distribution at Tamblang LPD and the change of customer’s behavior after controlling LPD cooperation in granting credit. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data were obtained through in-depth interview, observation, and study document which were then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and conclusion. The result of this study indicated that the cooperation control exchange of names of customer who have credit and bad credit with BUMDes, and add a credit system at Tamblang LPD which had previously been well implemented after rising from adversity, and used to support the credit system as an effort to improve LPD performance which subsequently changed the customer’s behavior who already had non-performing loankeyword : Credit, Village Credit Institution (LPD), Cooperation Control
