Abstract

Abstrak Memahami budaya/etnik karyawan dalam organisasi adalah langkah efektif dalam mengelolah organisasi. Suku Bangsa To Ugi (Suku Bugis) adalah suku bangsa terbesar di kawasan Sulawesi Selatan dan menyebar di beberapa pulau di Indonesia, yang sangat menjunjung tinggi hubungan persaudaraan atau persahabatan atas kesadaran kesatuan etnis sehingga dengan nilai budaya yang sama seperti karakter yang teguh (getteng), kerja keras (matinulu) serta menjunjung tinggi kesatuan (assidengeng) akan mempengaruhi tingkat kedekatan, komunikasi dan kinerja yang akan berdampak pada tingkat OCB yang lebih baik. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran OCB perawat etnis Bugis. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian observational analitic  dengan sampel berjumlah 300 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada enam rumah sakit di Sulawesi-Selatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS dan dilakukan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 184 responden (61,3%) perawat suku Bugis memiliki tingkat OCB yang tinggi.  Nilai budaya siri na passe  dari suku Bugis terefleksi dalam komitmen perawat untuk memiliki OCB yang tinggi. Kata kunci : Suku Bugis, organizational citizenship behavior.   Abstract Understanding the culture / ethnicity of employees in organizations is an effective step in managing organization. To Ugi Tribe (Bugis Tribe) is the largest ethnic group in the South Sulawesi region, they spread to several islands in Indonesia, they uphold  fraternity or friendship over the awareness of ethnic unity so they have the same cultural values ??as a firm character (getteng), hard work (matinulu) and upholding unity (assidengeng) that will affect the level of closeness, communication and performance on a better OCB level. The research conducted aims to find out the OCB frame of Bugis ethnic nurses. This type of research is an observational analytic study with a sample of 300 people selected using a purposive sampling technique at six hospitals in South Sulawesi. Data was analyzed using SPSS and univariate analysis was performed. The results obtained that 184 respondents (61,3%) have a high OCB level. The cultural value of siri na passe from the Bugis tribe is reflected in the commitment of nurses to have high OCB. Keyword: Bugis tribe, organizational citizenship behavior.
