This study describes the permissibility of abortion viewpoint of Islamic law and the Act 36 of 2009 on health, but in fact the permissibility being abused by people who are not responsible. This study uses normative analysis of a case the Supreme Court judgment which has had permanent legal force. This study shows the behavior of abortion is used as an attempt to cover up the disgrace and are not included in the permissibility of Islamic legal standpoint and emergency medis.
