Abstract

Abstract:The Covid-19 Pandemic outbreak in 2020 also influenced the trial system in Indonesian courts. Usually the hearing is carried out directly by presenting the parties to the litigation, but in conditions that require social distancing, then an alternative is sought in the form of electronic justice. This needs to be done, because if the trial continues with the direct pattern as usual, then the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus, while if the trial is postponed, it will result in losses for the defendants, due to the fate and status of the judges. Keywords: Supreme Court Regulations, E-court, Covid-19 Abstrak:Wabah Pandemi Covid-19 di tahun 2020 turut mempengaruhi sistem bersidang di pengadilan-pengadilan negara Republik Indonesia.
